Aptitude assessments and psychological personal assessments
If the client so wishes, we are able to carry out job aptitude assessments for the position in question and psychological personal assessment tests on candidates sourced through executive searches. We use the most current testing methods and test batteries. Each test is tailored according to the position in question, as well as the client's objectives, and all tests are performed by certified psychologists. In addition to this, we carry out 360 degree assessments designed primarily to identify and analyse those operating models, in which the coached party is expected to perform higher or lower than average. The assessment is carried out by each candidate, his/her colleagues, supervisors and subordinates, as well as by any possible external reference groups.
