Aptitude Assessments and Psychological Personal Assessment

If desired by the client, job aptitude assessments and psychological personal assessment tests can be performed on candidates sourced through headhunting. We use the latest testing methods and test batteries. Each test is tailored to the job in question as well as to the client's objectives, and all tests are performed by certified psychologists.

In addition, we carry out 360 degree assessments that are designed primarily for identifying and analysing operating models estimated to result in higher or lower performance than the average. The assessment is carried out by each candidate, their colleagues, supervisors and subordinates as well as by any possible external reference groups.
